Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team at Mentor Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure web applications using Python, TypeScript, and React.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, tested back-end web application components using Python and Django.
  • Contribute to front-end web application development using TypeScript and React.
  • Develop and maintain continuous integration/deployment and automated code quality assurance processes.
  • Implement best practices in TypeScript, Python, and CSS, considering maintainability, scalability, and reusability.
  • Understand and help lead design and architectural cost/benefit trade-off decisions.

Our Technology Stack:

  • Languages: Python 3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust
  • Tools & Frameworks: React, MobX, Django Rest Framework, pytest, cypress, Docker Compose, ClickHouse (SQL-based DBMS), GitLab, GitLab CI/CD, Linux/Shell

Your Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with full stack development and software architecture.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python 3, React, and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of good API design, web technologies, tooling, and testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with statistical processing and data visualization.
  • Thoughtful, self-driven team player who collaborates effectively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of internet topology and mechanisms behind internet transport.
  • Good understanding of network traffic behavior and possibilities of its visualization.
  • Some experience with Rust.
