Job Title: EHS Manager

About Cogs: Cogs is a rapidly growing company that values the importance of a safe and healthy work environment.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and codes, developing and maintaining HSE Management Systems, and reporting to the Senior Corporate HSE Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HSE Compliance: Monitor governmental regulations and codes to ensure site compliance.
  • HSE Management System: Maintain the HSE Management System, including local legal requirements, ISO 45001, and coordinate all functions to continually improve the system.
  • Reporting: Report to the Senior Corporate HSE Manager.
  • Certification Support: Support the maintenance requirements for various certifications, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in OHS or Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management activities, including Construction and Service/Maintenance projects.
  • Skills: Business Fluent in English, German B2-C1 level, and Polish a big advantage. Good knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added value.
