Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team at DIS AG. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting opportunities and challenges
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software
