About the Role

Vishay Precision Group (VPG) is a leading provider of precision measurement sensing technologies. We are seeking a highly experienced Regional HR Manager to lead our Human Resources initiatives across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate leadership development and organizational growth by addressing root causes of HR challenges.
  • Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local laws and global HR guidelines.
  • Champion a proactive and systematic approach to resolving employee relations issues.
  • Oversee regional compensation, benefits plans, and payroll.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to regional leaders.
  • Manage headcount, budgets, and capital expenditures.
  • Lead and participate in various high-impact HR projects.

Requirements

  • MBA, MSW, or MLM degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in dealing with unions.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering coaching, mentoring, and talent management programs.
  • Advanced skills in HR Information Systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in report writing and policy development.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
