Position Overview

The role involves the creation and execution of effective change communication strategies tailored for diverse clients. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of these strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive change communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Execute and manage the rollout of communication initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate the creative team to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Guarantee the high quality of communication services throughout all projects.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries effectively.
  • Engage in client presentations to showcase innovative change communication concepts.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and planning communication strategies within a recognized agency.
  • A degree in communication, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Sales experience is considered a plus.
  • Possess an analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English are essential.
