About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Coordinator to join our team at Carrier. As an Order Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare orders for shipment, including verifying inventory levels and processing orders in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any issues related to orders or inventory.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS-Office, with experience in inventory management and order processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
