Job Title: Tender Management Specialist Road

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tender Management Specialist Road to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for qualifying offers and awarding them according to pre-approved business criteria.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify offers and award them according to pre-approved business criteria
  • Coordinate all aspects required to process customer enquiries
  • Ensure that information is forwarded to the core bid team
  • Manage tender processes with local, regional, and global stakeholders
  • Coordinate with pricing teams of individual countries as well as product and sales managers
  • Coordinate and manage the CRM system
  • Follow the established end-to-end process of the opportunity management team
Your Profile:
  • Many years of professional experience in logistics or project management
  • Pricing and/or product background in the road and rail sector is recommended
  • Self-motivation combined with the ability to work independently
  • Affinity for sales and marketing and strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
  • Very good knowledge of standard PC applications and experience with Excel, tariff databases, and/or tender management software
