Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Roles Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing SAP roles and authorisations in our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize SAP roles and authorisations in our systems
  • Perform user-based analyses and management of SAP authorisations
  • Coordinate with external service partners for support in SAP roles and authorisation management
  • Consult with business departments on SAP roles and authorisation-related topics
  • Maintain, optimize, and integrate SAP roles and authorisation concepts
  • Ensure continuous improvement of SAP roles and authorisation concepts, considering actual compliance regulations
  • Collaborate with other IT teams on IT security, IT controls, and general controls
Requirements
  • Degree in IT/business informatics or related field, or several years of equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in roles and authorisations management in SAP ERP (additional systems a plus)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel a must)
  • Willingness to continuously improve knowledge in SAP roles and authorisations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good written and spoken English (German a plus)
  • Experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools for SAP a plus
