About SCOPE Engineering

We are a leading engineering company specializing in complex systems development, and we are looking for a talented System Engineer to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute system development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Analyze customer requirements and derive system requirements for complex systems, working closely with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers to clarify system requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Support the development of functional safety and information security aspects, adhering to IEC61508 and IEC62443 standards.
  • Work closely with system architects, hardware, and software developers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Apply model-based development methods, selecting and extending tools and toolchains for MBSE.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including software systems in SysML.
  • Model functional flows and physical architectures, ensuring a clear understanding of system behavior.

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing complex systems and components, with a focus on systems engineering.
  • Practical experience in systems engineering, with a strong understanding of system development methodologies.
  • Experience in creating, deriving, and managing requirements using tools like DOORS.
  • Familiarity with model-based system engineering (MBSE) using SysML/UML, with certifications like OCSMP, OCUP2, or CPRE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
