About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Technology & Strategy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative hardware solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, system engineering, and operations, to support project initiatives and RFQ activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain and create documentation for system configurations, design books, update procedures, and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Component Selection: Research, compare, and select electronic components based on performance, cost, power consumption, size, availability, and other criteria.
  • Customer Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer requirements and change requests to assess impacts on existing and under-development architecture design.
  • Design and Development: Prepare electrical architecture design, design books, worst-case analysis, and CAD schematics design.
  • Building and Testing Prototypes: Participate in hardware bring-up and validation activities to ensure adherence to safety, performance, and reliability standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Examine and resolve problems with hardware prototypes.
Requirements
  • Education: M.Sc. degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of working experience as a hardware designer.
  • Skills: Experience in Analog & Digital design, high-speed intra-board signal communication design, high-speed board-to-board signal communication design, thermal management design, RF design, country certification for Bluetooth and WiFi, pre/post-layout signal integrity simulation, power integrity simulation, PCB design, and experience with major SoC suppliers.
