Position: Landscape Planner / Green Area Management Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Designing and executing strategies for the upkeep, enhancement, and aesthetic improvement of outdoor spaces, which include playgrounds, parking facilities, green areas, and tree management.
    • Offering professional guidance across the organization regarding the design and management of outdoor environments.
    • Overseeing procurement processes and securing necessary approvals.
  • Qualifications:
    • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
    • Familiarity with construction regulations, tendering procedures, and applicable laws.
    • Proven experience in landscaping projects.
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
    • Ability to work collaboratively, focus on customer needs, possess negotiation skills, and work autonomously.
