Deine Aufgaben

Als Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) bei JobGet bist Du verantwortlich für:

  • Personalbedarfe In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Personalreferent:innen ermittelst du Personalbedarfe und identifizierst geeignete Maßnahmen um neue Talente für uns zu gewinnen, hierbei berätst du unsere Fachbereiche und begleitest den gesamten Recrutingprozess vom Schalten der Ausschreibung bis hin zum Active Sourcing.
  • Recruiting Durchführung von Beschaffungsstrategien und Unterstützung im Ausbau bestehender Recruiting Kanäle und -prozesse. Du findest immer genau den richtigen Weg um eine Stelle zu besetzen und achtest dabei auf die Sicherstellung einer positiven Candidate Journey.
  • Projekte Du kümmerst Dich um die Umsetzung von Bewerber-Kampagnen für spezielle Zielgruppen, nimmst an Recruiting-Events teil und setzt Dich für die stetige Weiterentwicklung des Recruitings und Employer Branding bei JobGet ein.
Deine Qualifikationen

Wir suchen nach:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalbeschaffung mit profunden Kenntnissen neuester Recruiting-Ansätze und -Technologien
  • Ergebnisorientierung, Kommunikationsgeschick und Verbindlichkeit
