We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Shift Leader to join our team. As a Production Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff and ensuring the smooth execution of production orders.

• Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of production staff and motivate them to achieve production and quality goals.
• Production Planning and Execution: Fine-tune the production schedule in close collaboration with the production planning team and ensure the execution of production orders as per process instructions.
• Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards following the 5S method and address manufacturing and quality issues in partnership with process assurance and quality control.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate and implement continuous process improvement using Lean Management principles and ensure the execution of work requiring permits and release documents in coordination with the plant engineering team.
• Requirements and Qualifications: Completed vocational training in a chemical field like Chemical Technician, coupled with further education as a Technician or Master; alternatively, a degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Chemistry. Several years of leadership experience in (chemical) production and experience with Lean Management and Project Management methods is advantageous.
