Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Coordinator in the Fresh Food industry.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain process in our logistician supplier facility (Third Party Logistic 3PL), including procurement and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement, such as reducing costs and lead times.
- Coordinate with central logistic team, central planning team and supplier warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Generate and analyze reports on supply chain metrics, such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
- Support the implementation of new systems or processes to streamline supply chain operations.
- Proactively identify potential risks by conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and identify disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices and fresh food industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French is a plus.
