Your Responsibilities
- Lead the standardization of SAP PM and maintenance process harmonization across all countries and technologies, ensuring operational excellence.
- Align and deliver maintenance tools and processes for all countries and technologies, supporting SAP PM system configuration.
- Develop and deliver asset risk and maintenance strategy team processes.
- Provide site user support, including training, guidance, and problem-solving.
- Lead the strategy and governance for SAP role creation and allocation through the Governance, Risk, and Compliance tool.
- Support quality control and assurance for SAP system regression/error testing.
- Develop policies to support maintenance systems team processes.
- Align and deliver Uniper's growth ambitions by developing and delivering products and processes.
- Support gate paper/investment decisions for system process developments.
- Support the strategic development of SAP PM for effective and intelligent maintenance management.
Your Profile
- Relevant university degree in engineering or science.
- Demonstrate working according to the Uniper Way.
- Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills, with experience in project management advantageous.
- Demonstrate a strategic understanding of energy market trends and customer strategy and requirements.
- Relevant operational experience and technical competence in management of similar assets/business processes.
- Demonstrate success in developing maintenance strategies or concepts for the capital-intensive industry.
- Demonstrate business acumen and ability to influence across hierarchy, technology, and country boundaries.
