SAP Architecture Manager for ERP Consulting

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled SAP Architecture Manager for ERP Consulting to join our team at KPMG. As a key member of our Solution Line SAP&Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for leading the development of our ERP Consulting services and driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of complex IT system landscapes and define new solution architectures for integrating system entities in transformation projects.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on selecting transformation paths for implementing new systems, including SAP S/4HANA, and develop concepts for adopting core and transactional data.
  • Act as the point of contact for cloud or hybrid architectures and guide clients towards a flexible IT landscape.
  • Develop and maintain our own best practices, stay up-to-date with new trends, and expand our portfolio in SAP Transformation Services.
  • Be responsible for creating proposals and participating in contract negotiations with clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in industry and/or consulting in the following areas: SAP S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield), system integration (SOA, Middleware, Interfaces, SideCar, SDI), SAP S/4HANA Roadmap, cloud-based architectures, and hybrid system landscapes.
  • Proven experience as a team or project leader in all project phases (Fit/Gap, Design, Implementation, Test, Rollout), with experience in Agile methods (e.g., Scrum).
  • Deep technical knowledge, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ideal candidates will have leadership experience in projects or in line and enjoy developing team members.
  • Fluent German and English language skills and a high level of travel readiness.
