Store Manager Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager Assistant to join our team at JACK & JONES in the Hamburger Hafen City. As a Store Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Manage and maintain store inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting regular stock counts
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Support the Store Manager in recruiting, training, and developing store staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store visual merchandising and display standards
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
