We are seeking a dedicated Inbound Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) to enhance our Logistics division and facilitate the comprehensive management of global goods transportation, ensuring timely deliveries aligned with customer expectations.
Your daily responsibilities will involve the implementation and optimization of operational strategies and processes that are cost-effective and automate business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an operations/logistics department for a rapidly expanding global startup.
- Oversee the complete execution of global goods transportation, ensuring timely deliveries based on customer requirements.
- Foster and enhance relationships with business partners, establishing robust long-term collaborations that bolster our operations.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business model to implement operational strategies and processes that are both cost-effective and automated.
- Integrate internal logistics operations with technology to enhance and digitize processes.
- Establish business models for warehousing and storage solutions.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Vocational training in logistics is also relevant.
- Experience in Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain Management with a B2B focus, particularly in process design and development.
- Ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills that enable quick and effective resolution of challenges.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about innovative ideas with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
