Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and upkeep of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Establish user roles, manage access settings, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement data mappings and integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
  • Deliver first-level support and conduct user training sessions.
Your Qualifications
  • Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce administration and management.
  • Skilled in workflows, data analysis, and process optimization.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
