Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to assist our existing clients with technical and transportation bid management consulting activities. As a vital part of our Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model, the Consultant will merge logistics and transportation expertise with a passion for technology to help our shipper clients maximize the efficiency of our platform. Ideal candidates will have a background in logistics, preferably in roles such as tender, pricing, or bid management within a 3PL, carrier, or forwarding company, and should exhibit an analytical and proactive working style. A solid understanding of transportation pricing mechanisms across various transport modes is essential. Proficiency in English and French is required to effectively support our expanding customer base in Europe.

Main Purpose of the Role:

You will take charge of our shippers post-contract signing by providing training and ongoing, friendly, and professional key-user support, enabling them to effectively utilize our products. Deliver exceptional consulting services to our clients, helping them achieve their objectives with our solutions through assistance in technical and transportation bid management tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Directly assist our clients in navigating our logistics SaaS applications.
• Analyze historical shipment, rate, and contract data for our clients and provide consultancy based on insights derived from our applications.
• Collaborate with leading companies to establish their transport RFPs/RFIs.
• Evaluate customer bidding events on the platform and create scenarios using the analytical tools available.
• Work within an international team to support global clients.
• Provide consultancy to major industry clients regarding the implementation of logistics tenders.
• Conduct training sessions (web-based, on-site, or in-house) for our clients.
• Support other departments with project and customer information (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Accounting, IT).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics, ideally with a Transport Carrier.
• Experience in Tender Management or transport purchasing is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of RFP processes and excellent analytical skills.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Proficient in English and French; knowledge of German and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong MS Excel capabilities.
• Goal-oriented work ethic and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
