Role Summary: As a Grocery Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of our Advanced Grocery Logistics (AGL) network. Amazon is a globally recognized brand, distributing millions of products annually to our dedicated customers. Our Grocery Partner (GP) Business enhances this offering by connecting local stores to our Prime Now platform. In this role, you will oversee the operational heartbeat of our ground activities, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders at every stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with local operations to enhance merchant-related metrics, prioritizing quality and delivery in store operations.
· Take charge of identifying and reporting GP-related issues at the store level, escalating concerns to the Area Manager as necessary.
· Monitor merchant escalations and conduct in-depth analyses to resolve long-term issues in collaboration with the Area Manager.
· Conduct regular visits to GP stores in your region, auditing compliance with processes, implementing changes on-site, and identifying operational challenges reflected in performance metrics.
· Revise and update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to accommodate new processes and improvements within the GP program.
· Execute labor planning tools for the European region.
· Address any merchant-related issues on the floor and coordinate with the local Area Manager for daily operational execution.
· Assist in the rollout and implementation of new initiatives and processes.
· Lead and support the launch of new stores and the introduction of new GP locations.

Possesses strong communication skills, demonstrates a high level of ownership, leads by example in performance areas, and has the capacity to develop expertise in all operational processes. You should be adept at working with data while maintaining a customer-centric approach in every decision.
