Your Responsibilities- Conduct thorough analyses of modification requests and customer feedback, estimating the efforts required for documentation updates.
- Review and assess technical documents, including parts lists, schematics, and technical notes, as well as supplier documentation related to maintenance.
- Define the extent of modifications in manuals, considering existing helicopter configurations.
- Implement changes or provide technical guidance to subcontractors for the development of specific data modules.
- Handle customer inquiries, manage reporting, and drive process enhancements.
- Ensure timely submission of ICA drafts for approval to relevant aviation authorities.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
- Extensive experience in producing technical publications within the aviation sector, particularly for electrical systems and avionics.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations pertaining to technical documentation.
- Proficient in customer engagement and support.
- Experience in helicopter maintenance or production is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team while also exhibiting independence and resilience.
- Fluent in English, with advanced proficiency in German.
