Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Supply Chain Manager 3PL, der sich in die Herausforderungen des Online-Versandhandels einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Koordination des Geschäfts in Europa spielen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit 3PL-Dienstleistern, um das Geschäft in Europa zu koordinieren
  • Unterstützung der Dienstleister beim Einstieg in das Programm und bei der Vorbereitung des Starts
  • Coaching von Dienstleistern, um konforme, sichere und leistungsstarke Unternehmen zu führen (SLS-Metriken-Deep-Dive)
  • Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für Kundenmetriken identifizieren
  • Coaching und Gewährleistung einer effektiven Weiterbildung und Nutzung von Tools
  • Verantwortlich für die Beziehung zwischen Kunden und Lieferpartnern
  • Lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei agiler Einstellung
  • Analyse von Reports und Auswertungen zwecks Ableiten von Maßnahmen
Profil und Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium ODER Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Operations, Last Mile Logistik oder Einzelhandels- / Lieferanten- / Lieferantenmanagement
  • Erfahrungen mit 3PL-Dienstleistern
  • Starkes analytisches Interesse für verschiedenste Reportings
  • Hohes Maß an Team-Fähigkeit, Kommunikation, Coaching
  • Englisch und Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift (MUST-HAVE)
