Your Role: As a dedicated member of the STACKIT Products division, you will play a crucial role in the development, testing, and enhancement of our products and services before they are launched to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the support, operation, and maintenance of databases and database clusters within our cloud platform.
  • Address and analyze customer inquiries, collaborating with experts and departments to provide effective solutions.
  • Act as the operational link between customers, products, and services, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the products you oversee.
  • Maintain, create, and expand internal documentation to support team knowledge.
  • Optimize existing database landscapes in collaboration with clients.
  • Provide customer support during on-call hours, ensuring system availability.

Your Profile:

  • Completed training in an information technology field and/or a degree in (Business) Informatics or a related area.
  • Ideally, you have initial professional experience in supporting and operating cloud database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch).
  • You possess a high degree of independence and accountability.
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and have a keen interest in databases and technological advancements.
  • Experience in scripting and automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes is beneficial and applied in your daily work.
  • You are willing to support your colleagues by participating in on-call duties.
