Position Overview:

The internship focuses on enhancing digital education initiatives within the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research to identify and evaluate external educational programs that align with our digitalization goals.
  • Assessing and providing feedback on various training concepts and offerings, particularly those delivered online.
  • Developing and disseminating information about available training paths and options to interested employees across Audi.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from participants to improve educational services.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Media and Communication Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Pedagogy, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong affinity for technology and familiarity with the focus areas of our continuing education sector.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of dedication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, assertiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
