Lead Cloud Solutions Architect

TalenTailors is on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Cloud Solutions Architect to become an integral part of our client's organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and upkeep of our cloud architecture, ensuring it effectively supports our diverse applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop essential components of the platform.
  • Establish and execute the architecture for our platform, which includes edge cloud elements and associated online services.
  • Oversee a team of three DevOps Engineers.
  • Make critical technological decisions.
  • Collaborate with the product manager and team to convert product specifications into actionable designs and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in deploying services within Kubernetes environments, both cloud-based and on-premises. Familiarity with AWS and Azure, along with knowledge of Ansible or similar tools, is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical topics in English. A passion for knowledge sharing and patience is a must.
  • Understanding of service-oriented architectures, including granularity, orchestration, and security considerations.
  • Experience with AI solutions from providers such as OpenAI, Microsoft, Amazon, or Google.
  • Familiarity with software development kits or similar tools, and an understanding of how to make functionalities accessible to developers.
  • Awareness of the operational aspects of delivering and supporting a platform.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux package management and system configuration.
