Du kümmerst Dich nicht nur um die korrekte Verzollung, sondern stellst sicher, dass alle sendungsbegleitenden Papiere korrekt ausgestellt sind und bearbeitest diese. Zudem stellst Du den Informationsfluss zwischen Supply Chain und Logistik bzw. unserem Lager sicher.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
  • Du übernimmst die komplette Verantwortung und Organisation der Inbound Transporte
  • Der Zoll fällt in Deinen Aufgabenbereich und Du unterstützt hier auch das Brand Team bei der Erstellung neuer Artikel
  • Du holst Speditionsangebote ein und prüfst Speditionsrechnungen
  • Auch die Klärung von Problemfällen im Inbound gehört dazu
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle und arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kollegen aus dem Supply Chain Team und aus der Logistik (Lager) zusammen, sowie mit Lieferanten und Spediteuren
