Role Objective
The Client Consultant and Visual Merchandising Ambassador at GG Luxury Goods GmbH is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clientele by understanding their unique preferences and expectations. This role also involves embodying the essence of the brand, promoting its core values, and ensuring the store's visual presentation aligns with the brand's standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or surpass individual and store sales targets, contributing to overall business growth;
- Deliver an unparalleled customer service experience by exceeding client expectations and showcasing extensive product knowledge, including the brand's history and heritage;
- Achieve and exceed personal KPI targets by maintaining the highest standards of customer service and sales quality;
- Collect and manage significant customer information using company tools (CRM) to foster relationships and tailor future engagement opportunities;
- Collaborate effectively with team members, promoting open communication to ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience and a positive workplace atmosphere;
- Uphold security protocols within the store to safeguard customers, staff, and merchandise.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to adhere to global VM guidelines, ensuring accurate representation within the store;
- Tailor in-store merchandising strategies based on the store's specific needs and architectural features, considering regional demands and market trends;
- Provide VM support for in-store events, window displays, special projects, and installations.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a related customer service role;
- Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales results;
- Strong ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Solid experience in creating visual displays and optimizing space utilization;
- Demonstrated experience as a visual merchandiser;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- High adaptability to meet diverse customer needs;
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on business requirements, including evenings and weekends.
