About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Coordinator to join our team at ENGIE Refrigeration. As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and components to our production and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and components to meet production and service requirements.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, negotiate prices, and improve lead times.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
- Analyze and report on material usage, inventory levels, and supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize material flow and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in material management, logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
