Childcare Professional

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Early Childhood Educator (m/w/d) to join our team at Certa Personalmanagement GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and education to children in our care.

• Implement the principles of elementary education and the educational, care, and supervision mandate
• Systematic observation, documentation, and development support
• Evaluation and presentation of development results
• Building a team and establishing educational and care partnerships (including conducting parent and information evenings)

• State recognition as an educator or educator (preferably with additional qualifications) or comparable qualification (e.g. SPA)
• High level of motivation, self-initiative, and reliability
• Empathy, team skills, and collegiality
• Identification with the principles, ideas, and goals of the Red Cross
• Will to continue and further education
• Measles vaccination, current extended leadership certificate
