Junior Digital Product Owner

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Digital Product Owner to join our team at Sonova Consumer Hearing GmbH. As a Junior Digital Product Owner, you will play a key role in managing the Sennheiser website globally and executing the strategy and roadmap for the Consumer Hearing business.
Key Responsibilities- Support with content updates, product launches, and feature enhancements to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Coordinate deliverables with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive synergies between functions.
- Drive consumer-centric development approaches to meet the needs and wants of our customers.
- Analyze consumer experience data and recommend changes to improve the experience and for continuous improvement.
- Stay on top of the latest digital trends and help the business to keep the digital platforms relevant by constantly experimenting with the latest trends.
- Completed at least 3 years of specialized training in the field of marketing or comparable, as well as higher-level further training in the field of "Digital Marketing" or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a passion for numbers and metrics, including the ability to translate data insights into action.
- Familiarity with modern methods around innovation and digital processes, and experience in collaboration, working across different working styles, and bringing together different perspectives.
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken) are required.
