Your role will involve managing industrial projects for the biopharma and life science industry, working closely with a highly dedicated team of professionals. We value enthusiastic and open-minded colleagues who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Construction management of industrial projects
* Coordination of subcontractors, ensuring quality on the construction site
* Coordination of the construction site, procedures, and work processes
* Control and review of construction progress
* Ensuring compliance with work safety regulations
* Organization of daily coordination meetings and work schedules
* Participation in site inspections and acceptance tests
* Defect recording and tracking

Requirements:

* Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture, or similar
* Experience as a construction manager in investment projects or relevant professional experience in the discipline
* Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management
* Good knowledge of construction law, VOB, rules, and technology
* Good MS-Office knowledge and CAD skills
* Fluent German (both written and spoken)
* English language on a communicative level
* Ability to work in a team, initiative, and commitment as well as a high degree of flexibility
