Role Overview: As the SAP Lead, you will oversee three distinct SAP teams across various locations, each supporting different sectors within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative of the IT SAP department, aligning and communicating the SAP strategy across the organization.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to SAP teams, fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to SAP solutions.
  • Encourage a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting continuous learning and professional growth within the teams.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with business leaders to ensure SAP initiatives align with the overall business strategy.
  • Prepare rollout roadmaps, collaborating with business stakeholders to execute projects effectively.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to understand business requirements and translate them into cohesive SAP solutions.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and IT teams to ensure that solutions and tools are consistent across all SAP modules and external IT tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP Lead with extensive knowledge of SAP logistics modules (MM, PP, SD) and KMATs, with a minimum of 5 years in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Experience in direct engagement with users and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in SAP Lifecycle management and Change management processes.
  • A collaborative team player focused on delivering end-to-end value.
