Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ZARA in Hamburg. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to achieve sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and improve customer engagement.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and store appearance.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive store environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and have a memorable shopping experience.
- Store Image: Maintain a high level of store appearance, adhering to ZARA's visual identity and brand standards.
- Experience: Proven experience as a store manager or assistant store manager in a retail environment, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
