Visual Effects Creative Director

PFX TV, a pioneering force in the accounting industry, is seeking a visionary VFX Supervisor to lead our creative team in crafting captivating visual experiences. As a seasoned expert in visual effects, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that our graphics and animations align with our artistic vision and financial concepts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of VFX artists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project requirements and artistic vision.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for VFX projects.
- Ensure all visual effects work aligns with the overall project objectives and financial concepts.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations of visual effects work, providing constructive critiques.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Effects, Animation, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a VFX supervisory role or equivalent position.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of VFX works, particularly in financial storytelling.
- Proficient in industry-standard software, such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, and Maya.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a creative team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and the ability to translate complex data into visual formats.
