Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial accounting for various company entities
- Managing and processing payments efficiently
- Reconciling financial accounts and transactions
- Recording project-related financial activities
- Preparing monthly financial reports
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Independently handling VAT submissions
- Contributing to the enhancement and optimization of accounting workflows
- Degree in finance or relevant training in tax or real estate management
- Proven experience in accounting and tax regulations
- Proficient in DATEV and MS Office, with a preference for real estate finance knowledge
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously and with reliability
- Fluent in German
