Optician or Master Optician (m/w/d)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optician or Master Optician to join our team in Lüdenscheid.

About the Role: As an Optician or Master Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting eye exams, and dispensing eyewear. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough eye exams to diagnose vision problems and recommend corrective measures

  • Dispense eyewear, including glasses and contact lenses, to customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns

  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experience

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in optometry and eyewear technology

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Augenoptiker / Optikerin (m/w/d) oder Weiterbildung zur Augenoptikermeisterin / Optikermeister (m/w/d) / ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Augenoptik / Optometrie

  • Idealweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen in der Kundenberatung, Refraktion und eventuell in der Kontaktlinsenanpassung

  • Sie sind leidenschaftliche Augenoptikerin / Optikerin // leidenschaftliche Augenoptikermeisterin / Optikermeister (m/w/d) und beraten kompetent und individuell Ihre Kunden
