Your Role and Responsibilities

As part of ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technologies, you will engage in a high-tech environment focused on Optical Lithography. Your contributions will depend on your expertise and experience, enabling you to develop algorithms and hardware components for interferometers utilized in our advanced metrology instruments for lithography optics.

You will:

  • Leverage your strong foundation in physics, photonics, mechanical engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
  • Utilize your proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
  • Exhibit a willingness to learn and innovate with a proactive and creative mindset.
  • Communicate effectively in English and/or German.

Make Your Mark in a High-Tech Sector

In a highly skilled team, you will explore new methodologies for analyzing extensive data sets and develop and test innovative concepts for metrology applications. Conduct thorough scientific and patent literature research to assess technical ideas for feasibility and constraints. Plan experiments or simulations and meticulously document your results in test protocols to facilitate their application.
