Lead Engineer in Mechatronics (m/w/d), Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or MechatronicsYour Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the team in operational, disciplinary, and technical aspects.
  • Coordinating all activities, delegating tasks to team members, tracking progress, and ensuring the completion of assignments.
  • Formulating and executing a strategic plan for establishing a thorough testing and validation framework.
  • Guiding the team in the creation of testing systems in partnership with external collaborators.
  • Crafting a strategy for employing simulations for early-stage design assessments in client and R&D initiatives.
  • Modifying HiL & XiL methodologies for extensive hardware and software validation at functional, module, and system levels.
Your Profile
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing customer-specific solutions.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams either functionally or disciplinarily.
  • Expertise in planning, managing, and developing team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and methodological expertise.
