About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Verification Engineer to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As a Verification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tests for safety-critical software in the field of helicopter avionics
  • Analyze and debug software in the context of test operations
  • Implement automated scenarios to streamline testing processes
  • Conduct formal software acceptance tests, including reviews and documentation
  • Maintain and develop test environments to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
  • Completed studies in computer science, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
  • Experience in software or system verification and testing
  • Knowledge of C or C++ programming languages
  • Experience in helicopter avionics and DO-178/C is beneficial
