About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled System Automation Technician to join our team at ROM Technik. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing automation solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation plans and specifications for our clients, utilizing your expertise in automation systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our project and site managers, ensuring the successful execution of automation projects.
  • Design, develop, and test automation systems, including KNX/ETS/Codesys projects, and ensure their smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with our project and site managers to ensure that all automation solutions meet the required quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure the successful implementation of automation solutions and provide technical support as needed.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with our company's quality, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements
  • Hold a recognized qualification in electrical or electronic engineering, or a related field, and have relevant work experience.
  • Have a strong understanding of automation systems and technologies, including KNX/ETS/Codesys.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required.
  • Have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
