We are seeking a highly skilled Master Craftsman Maintenance and Repair to join our team at Frielingsdorf NORD GmbH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment, and implement corrective actions to resolve problems
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to detect potential issues and prevent breakdowns
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance and repair operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Completed apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade, such as industrial mechanics or metalworking
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a maintenance or repair role, preferably in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including pneumatics and welding
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
