Retail Store Manager Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at BLUME2000 SE. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers in selecting products, including flowers, plants, and decorative items.
- Create beautiful flower arrangements according to the BLUME2000 concept.
- Ensure the store's product presentation is visually appealing and inspiring.
- Assist with cash handling and sales processing.
- Motivate and support the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A completed education in retail or a related field.
- Relevant experience in retail or a creative field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of leadership experience.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
