About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at ARTS, a leading Full-Service HR Agency. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted searches and approaches to identify suitable candidates for various client projects
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pool through regular social media activities and networking
  • Review and evaluate incoming applications to ensure they meet the client's requirements
  • Organize and conduct phone and personal interviews with candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the application process
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or degree in HR, Sales, Recruitment, or Marketing
  • Proven expertise in direct contact through social media platforms
  • Solid experience in applicant and candidate management
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Ability to work occasional business trips to Dresden with remote work flexibility
  • Strong team player with confident demeanor and customer-oriented mindset
