About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Specialist to join our team in the Erlangen/Bayreuth region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing tests and provide personalized solutions to our clients
  • Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure a unique customer experience in our retail stores
  • Provide ongoing support to our clients, including maintenance of their hearing systems and advice on accessories
  • Utilize customer data to make targeted phone calls and organize local marketing initiatives
  • As a data administrator, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Support the retail store organization by planning deployments, managing calendars, and overseeing inventory and ordering

Requirements:

  • You have completed your training as a Hearing Specialist or Master
  • You are flexible and enjoy working in different retail stores and meeting new colleagues
  • You thrive in a team environment and are committed to achieving common goals
  • You are customer-focused and enjoy sales and consultation
