The Mechatronics Engineer Trainee will join our team at Tesla Automation to undergo a 3.5-year training program with a highly experienced and qualified training team. This program offers international exposure and a modern work environment with a company-owned canteen.

• Design, assemble, and wire complex mechatronic systems, including reading, understanding, and applying technical drawings and schematics.
• Monitor processes, conduct quality control, and perform functional tests with subsequent commissioning.
• Manufacture precise components using machining processes (turning, milling, or drilling) according to drawing specifications.
• Program and commission programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and perform electrical measurements and testing on devices and assemblies.

• High school diploma with good grades in physics, mathematics, and English.
• Technical and physical interest and basic understanding.
• Enjoyment in solving technical problems and basic understanding of electronics.
• Manual dexterity and spatial awareness.
