Senior IT Business Analyst Digital Marketing EMEA

The Opportunity

This position is part of the Abbott Diabetes Care division, focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business units to gain a deep understanding of customer needs, business strategy, processes, services, and roadmap.
  • Review business processes from end-to-end, identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Engage and consult with stakeholders to define and align with business needs and objectives.
  • Utilize established methodologies to understand interrelated systems and processes.
  • Contribute to client training programs by aiding in their design and execution.
  • Lead small to mid-size projects, assisting other project managers on larger, more complex projects related to operational business functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in requirement gathering and documentation techniques, including user stories and process flows.
  • Hands-on experience in one or more areas: Digital Marketing (e.g., CMS, Figma, AEM, Adobe Analytics), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), or Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Selligent, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze).
  • Internal-customer engagement skills for requirement gathering and expectation management are essential.
  • Proficiency in English for effective global communication within Abbott's IT delivery framework.
  • Prior exposure to Life Sciences or Medical Technology sectors is advantageous.
  • MBA degree is desirable.
