Role Overview
We are in search of a dedicated (Senior) Marketing Data Analyst (all genders) (fixed-term contract for one year) who will play a crucial role in enhancing our team, propelling the company forward, and directly influencing our achievements. You will join the Marketing Analytics Spoke department, which encompasses various business domains (Online Marketing, Offline Advertising, CRM, Content, and Graphics). Our team thrives on learning, experimentation, and collaboration. You will collaborate with web and app analysts, business intelligence specialists, and data scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary analytics authority on marketing-related matters Enhance our reporting, regular/ad hoc analyses, and dashboard capabilities Assist central and local managers with projects and reporting to Management Utilize advanced statistical methods to provide valuable insights Plan new tracking initiatives and maintain existing tracking frameworks Offer recommendations on efficiency improvements, customer insights, and competitive advantages by gathering, integrating, and leveraging extensive datasets from diverse sources Conduct training sessions for colleagues within and outside the team to promote knowledge sharing and development.Required Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Marketing Analyst, SEO Analyst, Business Analyst, CRM Marketing Manager, or similar Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field Proficient in SQL with a solid understanding of relational databases Familiarity with the Digital Marketing landscape Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and an understanding of metrics and KPIs Advanced proficiency in Excel Experience with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, or similar Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable tools Experience using Python for data analysis is advantageous Fluent in English; proficiency in any other European language is a plusAdditional Information
