Job Title: Technical Screen Printer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled Technical Screen Printer to join our team in Werdohl, Altena, and Neuenrade/NRW. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for:

• Setup and operation of semi- and fully automated screen printing equipment in round and flat printing, including product inspection and approval.
• Setup and printing with semi- and fully automated pad printing machines.
• Processing various color systems such as UV, 2K, and solvent-based inks.
• Troubleshooting production disruptions.
• Minor repairs/optimizations in collaboration with the Fixture Construction/Maintenance department.
• Monitoring and documenting production quality.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a screen printer or several years of experience in technical screen printing preferred.
• Technical understanding.
• Manual dexterity.
• Independent, systematic work approach.
• High quality awareness and reliability.

• Willingness to work in shifts.
