Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an International Trade Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international customer orders, communicating with clients and suppliers in the USA, and supporting our sales and service teams with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage international customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers, resolving any issues or concerns
- Support our sales and service teams with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Manage customer relationships, building strong partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in international trade, procurement, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and procedures
